Detailed Product Description
The chipper is used for cutting logs,branches,slab,waste veneer,bamboo,cotton stalks and other non-wood fibre stems into dementional chips which are the essential material for the production of particleboard,fibreboard and paper pulp.
Compact in structure, uniform chip size , wide adaptability of materials and maintenance.
The Chipper is composed of machine base,rotor,upper and lower feed rollers, feeding belt conveyor, hydraulic system etc.
The base of the machine is welding of high strength steel plate serving as a support of the whole machine. The knives are connected to the rotor via clamping plate by knife bolt which are specially made for the purpose.
